First-Ever "Auction at Graceland"
In May 2014, Graceland, the Estate of Elvis Presley, approached Greg Page with the idea of featuring items from his massive collection in their first-ever "Auction at Graceland'. This was part of a new plan by the Estate to help collectors acquire items that have been deemed as authentic by their new program, "Graceland Authenticated". For more information and to bid, go to

The offered green barrel-backed chair, from Elvis’ Hillcrest home in Los Angeles, was used in a photo shoot by Elvis, Priscilla and Lisa Marie. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Jimmy Velvet and by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

This black and white suit, fondly referred to as the "penguin suit,” is one of nearly half a dozen suits of this style that were made by IC Costume Company in the mid-1970s for Elvis. Since these suits were typically worn casually by Elvis, this example is a rare exception. On August 19th, 1975, Elvis was performing in Las Vegas. He was dressed in this suit that day and since he was running behind schedule without time to change into one of his typical jumpsuits

The 18-karat gold lion’s head form pendant contains two emerald eyes measuring approximately 3 mm, a cabochon ruby measuring approximately 4 x 3.5 mm (with crack), and brow and mouth set with 24 single-cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.48 carat, approximately F color (graded in setting) and SI1 clarity, marked “18K,” “HB c 267.” The pendant with two vertical pins and one horizontal pin can also be worn as a brooch. This pendant was designed specifically for Elvis.

This Martin D-28 guitar was gifted by Elvis to his friend and bodyguard Sam Thompson in January of 1977. Accompanying the guitar is the case, a letter from Vernon Presley which references the guitar as one of many gifts from Elvis to Sam, and a letter of authenticity from Sam Thompson which states that the guitar was a gift from Elvis and that the guitar was later sold to the National Enquirer for use as a contest prize.

Elvis purchased many Cadillacs during his lifetime for both his personal use and as gifts for family, friends and fans. The 1977 burgundy and silver Cadillac Seville V8 automatic being offered was the last Cadillac Elvis purchased for his personal use. The offered Cadillac was the very vehicle driven by Elvis himself on the day prior to his death. After his death, this Cadillac was gifted by his father, Vernon, to Elvis' fiancee, Ginger Alden.
